Hamvention 2025
Overview
HamSCI will be present at the 2025 Dayton/Xenia Hamvention in order to further its goal of connecting the ham radio and scientific communities. Support for the 2025 HamSCI Hamvention activities comes from The University of Scranton, The Yasme Foundation, TAPR, The National Science Foundation, NASA, and volunteers like you. Per long standing tradition, HamSCI will be hosting booth 5008 (next to TAPR in Building 5, the Hertz Building, map below), hosting the HamSCI Forum and giving booth talks in the ARISS/YOTA area (map below). To help out, please sign up to volunteer at the booth.
Booth Volunteering
Lab Coats
HamSCI labcoats may be ordered from https://www.allheart.com/lab-coats. Please use custom logo code C_5163_Q5D and place the logo on the left chest. Put your whole name on Line 1, and your call sign on Line 2. Use block style lettering.
Recommended Styles for 2025
Note that allheart.com changes their available styles on a regular basis. The important thing is to pick a white lab coat that fits you and put the custom logo code C_5163_Q5D and place the logo on the left chest. Good news! As of early April, the vendor is again offering embroidery, so please have the custom HamSCI logo, your name and callsign added to your lab coat.

However, these badges will not enter you in the prize drawings the way a normal Hamvention ticket will. Please coordinate requests for exhibitor badges with Gary Mikitin AF8A via hamsci@hamsci.org
Group Photo
A HamSCI group photo will be taken during the Hamvention on Saturday at 9:30 AM (1330 UTC) at the HamSCI booth. Wear your labcoats!
HamSCI Presentations, Talks and Demonstrations
Members of HamSCI will be presenting at many events throughout the Hamvention weekend, beginning Thursday evening. Some talks will be at offsite events, while others will be held on the Hamvention grounds. A complete list of talks, presenters and dates/times can be found by visiting the 2025 HamSCI Hamvention Schedule.
